Naturally lightly sparkling 'petillant naturel' white wine. Fresh, fun and full of tropical fruit. Freshly cut pineapple and lemon zest party with lively fine bubbles, bringing brightness and lift. Short skin contact gives a juicy texture balanced by crisp acidity.
Excellent with poke bowls, fish and chips, burrata and peaches. Drink now to two years. Serve: chilled at 8-10°C. Unfiltered and unfined. May contain a little sediment.
