Natural skin-contact orange wine. Savoury, textural and grippy with layers of pithy orange peel and dried stone fruit. 12 weeks on skins followed by six months in seasoned oak. Unfiltered and unfined. Fermented with wild yeast and no additions.
Excellent with grilled lamb shawarma and pickles or miso-glazed aubergines. Drink now to two years. Served chilled at 8-10°C.
