Our sparkling red ‘ancestral method’ wine made with 100% Rondo grapes
Stacked with the aromas of a crumpled bramble bush after a barn dance. Refreshingly crisp and fruity with freshly picked blackberries on the nose and palate.
Made in the Italian Col Fondo ‘ancestral method’ of re-fermentation in the bottle without disgorgement, and with…a grape called Rondo. Unfiltered, no fining. Fermented with indigenous wild yeast. Naturally ridiculously purple in colour.
Serve: lightly chilled at 13°C. Enjoy as an aperitif. We like it with mezze, cheese puffs and friends.
