Whinyard Rocks Tour & Tasting Terms & Conditions
- Tours take place outdoors and involve walking on uneven ground. Please wear suitable footwear and clothing for the weather conditions.
- Tours will go ahead in most weather conditions. In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.
- Places must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
- All guests attending a wine tasting must be aged 18 or over. Under 18s are welcome on the tour free of charge, but will not be able to take part in the wine tasting.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of the tour are non-refundable.
- Guests are welcome to take photographs during the tour for personal use.
- Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome to join.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour may affect the safety or enjoyment of other guests.
- By attending the tour, guests acknowledge that they are visiting a working vineyard and do so at their own risk.
