We aim to enrich our environment, restore our soils and make vibrant wines, teeming with life and character that reflect the wildness of our Welsh hills.

"It's elderberry and black-olive bitter on the edges around a blackberry secret steal of chin-stained fruit. Fabulous! One of the most delicious sparkling reds I've ever tasted."
