Delivery Information

 

• All deliveries are a flat rate of £7.95 per delivery. All prices shown exclude delivery.

• The delivery cost is available to view during checkout on our website. Delivery is free if collecting from a Pick Up location.

• Delivery is only available to addresses in Wales, England and Scotland. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland.

• We do not deliver to PO boxes.

• A signature is required by an individual over 18 years of age at time of delivery.

• You may be required to provide proof of age if asked upon delivery.

Dispatch days

​

• We dispatch deliveries twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. We’re a small family business and your wine will be lovingly packed by either James or Susan. We have set two dispatch days so we can keep on top of growing grapes and running the farm and cottage.

• Orders placed on a dispatch day (Tuesdays or Fridays) will be sent on the following dispatch day. E.g. an order placed on a Tuesday will be dispatched on a Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday will be dispatched the following Tuesday and should arrive on Wednesday.

 

Delivery times 

 

• All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-4 business days prior to delivery.

• Orders usually arrive the business day following dispatch using the Parcelforce Express24 service.

• Orders made on our website the day before a dispatch day (on a Monday or Thursday) by 4pm will be dispatched the next day.

• Orders aren’t processed on weekends or on bank holidays.

• The estimated arrival date is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered.

• We make every effort to get your order to you within the allotted time, however processing changes may occasionally delay deliveries.

 

Track your order

• Once your order has been collected from us, you should receive an email from our carrier with a consignment number to track your order online via our carrier's website.

Collection information

 

We have one location available to choose from for in-person collection:

The address for this location is: Whinyard Rocks, Highbrook Farm, New Radnor, LD8 2TG.

If you select this option, we will be in touch to arrange a collection.

If you select this option and are a guest at the cottage, we will place your bottle(s) in the cottage for your arrival.

How to select collection/pick up as a delivery option:

 

Select your ‘Cart’. When ready to checkout, select the ‘Checkout’ button. Under ‘Delivery Method’, select ‘Pick Up’ and choose from the ‘Pickup Locations’ below.
